Job summary

Soccer Stars in New Jersey is seeking an energetic Soccer Coach to lead children aged 5-12 in fun, safe soccer sessions. Prior experience with children is preferred, and a passion for early education or child development is a plus.

Coaches can work 2-10 classes per week and earn from $25 per hour up to $35 per hour. Responsibilities include conducting sessions, providing clear instruction, managing groups of up to 15 children, and communicating with parents and staff.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader).
• Ability to provide instruction to children aged 5-12 years.
• Able to work with a fun, non-competitive coaching style.

Responsibilities

• Conduct soccer sessions aligned with our curriculum and philosophy.
• Provide individual and group instructions to children aged 5-12 years.
• Foster a fun and positive learning environment; ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Manage a group of up to 15 children per session.
• Communicate with parents and administrative staff as needed.
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and afternoons.

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach! Who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader), and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development. New Coaches can work *2-10 classes a week and can earn from $25per hr up to $35per hr.
