Job summary

The Town of Silverthorne is seeking Youth Sports Coaches to teach youth ball sports at the Recreation Center. Successful candidates will have a background in teaching or coaching and must be available for evenings and weekend shifts.

Pay ranges from $21.30 to $24.14 per hour with a broader full pay range up to $28.40. Bilingual pay is offered for Spanish language skills, where applicable.

Description

The Town of Silverthorne is hiring Youth Sports Coaches to teach youth ball sports, including but not limited to Basketball, Floor Hockey and Flag Football.

The Town of Silverthorne is seeking a Youth Sports Coach to teachelementary school aged children. Qualified candidates will have a background in teaching or coaching. Position requires work on evenings and weekend.

Hiring Range is: $21.30 to $24.14
Full Pay Range is: $21.30to $28.40

The Town of Silverthorne values multilingual skills and offers bilingual pay (currently for Spanish) of $0.40–$1.20/hour based on proficiency and job usage.

Position Requirements

• Team Sports background required
• Coaching experience preferred
• Obtain CPR, First Aid & AED Certifications within 6 months of hire
• 15 Years of age or older
• Strong English verbal communication skills
• Ability to pass a background check is required
