Summary of Position:

The Coach will teach children a variety of age-appropriate fitness, sports, and social skills using the Inclyousion Sports curriculum. The Coach will be trained on Inclyousion Sports program requirements, behavioral strategies and tools, inclusion principles, and all other coaching expectations before beginning job responsibilities. The Coach will collaborate with parents, Inclyousion Sports partners, and team members, and will positively represent the Inclyousion Sports brand.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Coach an assigned group of children in sport and social skill development, safety, fair play, and sportsmanship, using established methods of Inclyousion Sports.
2. Assist parents in supporting their child's skill development, as applicable.
3. Manage sporting equipment used in classes.
4. Ensure children receive equal playing time, regardless of ability level.
5. Establish and maintain a positive team spirit.
6. Adhere to all Inclyousion Sports policies, objectives, and rules.

Qualifications:

• Desire to work with and support children with a range of abilities
• Maintain professionalism, patience, maturity, and dependability
• Availability to work weekends
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Access to a reliable vehicle and ability to travel to class locations and transport equipment

Education & Experience:

• Prior experience working with children and/or coaching children is preferred

Pay & Benefits:

• $20-25 per hour depending on qualifications
