The French Football Academy (FFA) is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate individual for the position of youth soccer programs coordinator. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and success of our programs. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to attract new participants, enhancing partnerships, and increasing program engagement. The role combines strategic thinking, relationship building, and a genuine passion for youth development through soccer, balancing office and field-based coaching and administrative duties. You will serve as the primary contact for club coaches and parents, supporting FFA's standards of high-quality client service. Operational and logistical management will also be part of your duties to ensure the successful execution of all programs. This is a part-time position based in New York, with the potential to transition to full-time if objectives are met.

Requirements:

  • US VISA WORK PERMIT
  • College Degree or equivalent experience
  • U.S. Soccer D license or foreign equivalent (preferred)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage a diverse population in both verbal and written forms, fostering trust and respect, and conveying the club's culture and values
  • Fluency in English
  • CPR & AED certification
