Youth Soccer Recreational Programs Coordinator (US Work Permit Required)

The French Football Academy (FFA) is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate individual to coordinate our youth soccer programs. This role is crucial in driving the growth and success of our programs by developing strategies to attract new participants, strengthen partnerships, and increase engagement. The position involves a mix of strategic planning, relationship building, and a genuine passion for youth development through soccer. Responsibilities include balancing office tasks with field-based coaching and administrative support. You will serve as the primary contact for club coaches and parents, upholding FFA's standards of high-quality service, and managing operational and logistical aspects to ensure successful program execution. This is a part-time role based in New York, with potential to become full-time if objectives are achieved.

Requirements
  • US Visa Work Permit
  • College Degree or equivalent experience
  • U.S. Soccer D license or foreign equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Effective communication skills with diverse populations, including strong verbal and written abilities that foster trust and respect, and convey the club's culture and values
  • Fluency in English
  • CPR & AED certification
