Job summary

i9 Sports Corporation in California is seeking a Sports Coordinator to elevate the youth sports experience by building strong relationships with players, parents, and coaches while guiding practice and game-day activities. You will empower volunteer coaches, model sportsmanship, and ensure safety and fun across all age groups during practices and games.

This role requires weekend and some evening availability and offers a part-time schedule with opportunities for online training and professional

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with players, parents and coaches.
• Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge.
• Highly motivated self-starter who can work independently and solve problems.
• Awareness and ability to manage safety and orders on site.
• Positive attitude and strong ability to build professional relationships.
• Availability for weekends and some evenings for the season (~7 weeks).

Responsibilities

• Empower volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
• Teach and demonstrate core concepts including sportsmanship.
• Supervise the overall operation of designated sport on game day.
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills.
