i9 Sports - El Cajon/Santee/Poway, CA is seeking a Sports Coordinator who will enhance the i9 Sports Experience for players and coaches. This role requires building relationships with players and parents while ensuring that instructional aspects are delivered effectively.

The Sports Coordinator will actively engage in practices and games, supporting volunteer coaches and officiating as needed. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, coaching experience, and a flexible work schedule, with weekends required during the season.

Qualifications

• Must be a highly motivated self-starter who can work independently.
• Ability to ensure the safety of players in all situations.
• Must be flexible to work weekends and some evenings during the season.

Responsibilities

• Support parent volunteer coaches to focus on skill development.
• Teach and demonstrate core concepts of sportsmanship.
• Supervise overall operations on game day.
• Consistently demonstrate positive attitude and customer service.
• Officiate games as needed.
