Job summary

i9 Sports Corporation is seeking a Sports Coordinator to enhance the youth sports experience for players and coaches. The coordinator will build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while ensuring the instructional aspects are delivered.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge.
• Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently and solve problems.
• Ability to take charge to ensure the safety of players.
• Positive attitude and ability to build professional relationships.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and some evenings (season ~7 weeks).

Responsibilities

• Empower volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
• Teach and demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values.
• Supervise the overall operation of designated sport on game day.
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills.
