Job summary

i9 Sports is seeking an Official to enforce rules on game day while fostering a positive culture and serving as on-field coach for youth leagues in Texas. This role directly impacts players, coaches, and spectators and supports safe, fun competition.

You will apply the i9 Sports rules, demonstrate core sportsmanship, manage time and score, and deliver high levels of customer service to families and participants during each game.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Experience officiating, playing, or coaching in sport
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Awareness and ability to manage safety and respond to situations
• Positive attitude with strong customer service
• Ability to work weekends and some evenings for the season (7 weeks)
• Must pass a National Criminal Background Check

Responsibilities

• Understand and enforce the i9 Sports rules to ensure fun, learning, and safety for all players
• Teach and demonstrate core concepts including sportsmanship values
• Keep time and score during games; manage age-appropriate instruction and competition
• Provide a positive attitude and superior customer service during games
