i9 Sports is seeking an Official to enforce game rules, coach players on sportsmanship, and foster a positive culture on game days. The role supports fun, safety, and learning for athletes across leagues.

Qualities include excellent communication, reliability, and the ability to handle varied schedules, including weekends and some evenings for the season (~7 weeks). Franchises operate locally with independent hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Understand & enforce the i9 Sports rules books ensuring a fun, learning, and safety for all players.
• Teach & demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values.
• Keep time and score during the game; manage an age-appropriate level of instruction and competition.
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills.
