Soccer Shots is the leader in youth soccer development for children ages 2-8. Our nationally recognized program offers a high-energy, fun, and age-appropriate introduction to soccer. Our curriculum emphasizes both soccer skills and character development, with the goal of leaving a positive, lasting impact on every child.

The Ideal Instructor MUST Meet The Following Criteria

1. Responsible: Arrives on time, manages a group of 12 children, keeps attendance, distributes prizes and certificates, communicates well with leadership.
2. Professional: Neat appearance, friendly with parents and staff, confident and self-assured.
3. Enthusiastic: Enjoys interacting with children aged 2-8, outgoing, animated, able to be silly and connect with children.
4. Experience: Soccer experience preferred but not required; able to engage and interact with children.
5. Reliable & Committed: Willing to commit to a set schedule for each 8-11 week season.
6. Self-sufficient, Communicative, and Responsive: Maintains good communication, responds within 24 hours, keeps on schedule, seeks support when needed.
7. Transportation/License: Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
8. Eligibility: Authorized to work in the U.S., passes background check.
9. Education: High School Diploma.
