THE POSITION:

We want to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach to lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety. Our ideal candidate has a background in soccer (collegiate, travel-team, club, or high school), and prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper, or leader). This position is excellent for someone interested in pursuing early childhood education or child development. New Coaches can work 5-15 weekly classes.

4. Our coaches have a blast. They are open-minded and know that coaching is a continuous journey. All Coaches are open to feedback and strive to be better by attending regular training and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.

THE SCHEDULE:

The majority of the hours are during the weekday in the morning at child care centers for age groups one to five and after-school hours for elementary school age groups 5 to 12. The ideal candidate would have availability on some of the days and times listed below:

1. Monday-Friday (Times): 9:00-7:00
2. Weekends (Times): 9:00-1:00

COMPENSATION:

1. Assistant Coaches start @ $18/hr.
2. Upon completion of the training period, Head Coaches receive $25/hr.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. Enjoys working with kids.
2. Reliable transportation.
3. Personal interest in health and fitness.
4. Punctual.
5. High energy.
6. Some soccer skills are required for child age groups 6-12.
