Job summary

Soccer Shots is seeking coaches in Raleigh, NC who love working with children aged 2-8. Our coaches travel to partner locations to implement the Soccer Shots curriculum and engage kids in fun, skill-building sessions.

Join a supportive team with opportunities for advancement, training, and a flexible schedule. Starting pay is $18 per 30-minute session, with growth to $20 per session after training, plus an effective coaching hour rate of $36.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain an NC Qualifying Letter.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Saturday availability.
• Experience in early education development preferred, but not required.
• Sports (soccer) experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to partnering locations to implement the curriculum.
• Interact with children and support development of motor skills and teamwork.
• Engage families and maintain a positive, safe learning environment.
• Assist with program setup and coaching sessions.
