Job summary

Soccer Stars in Raleigh is seeking an energetic Youth Soccer Coach to help children ages 1–14 build basic soccer skills in a fun, non-competitive setting. You will provide individual attention, celebrate progress, use positive reinforcement, and stay open to feedback while following our Coaching Manual.

We offer on‑the‑job training, flexible hours (school hours, after school, and weekends), and competitive pay starting at $22/hr.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to and from classes.
• Enjoyment in working with children.
• Customer service skills.
• Experience working with children.

Responsibilities

• Use individual attention to ensure every child has success.
• Use a non-competitive approach to keep classes fun and stress-free.
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success.
• Communicate effectively with parents and follow coaching manual.
• Attend regular trainings to improve coaching skills.
