We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Youth Soccer Coach who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper, babysitter or leader). This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development!

The Company

Backed by 20 years of experience, Super Soccer Stars is one of the largest nationwide providers of enrichment soccer programs in the United States. We teach and build fundamental soccer skills from ages 1-14 in a fun, non-competitive environment, using the soccer ball as a catalyst to meet the developmental needs of the whole child physically, mentally, socially, and emotionally. Our goal is to create healthy habits, teach life skills, and promote youth activities.

Our Coaches

Our coaches ensure every child is engaged, has fun, is safe, and learns something in every class through individual attention. We emphasize a non-competitive, stress-free environment, using positive reinforcement to encourage and celebrate success. Coaches are open-minded, receptive to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement through training and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.

The Schedule

• Three available shifts:
• Weekday mornings, Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM
• Weekday afternoons, Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
• Weekend mornings, Saturday - Sunday, 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM
• Coaches can expect approximately 5-15 hours a week.

Requirements

• An outgoing and expressive personality
• Enthusiasm for working with children (ages 2-10)
• Availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Passion for soccer and willingness to learn and teach age-appropriate skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to undergo a background check

Benefits

• Ask about our sign-on bonus for exceptional candidates available 5 days a week for weekday shifts!
• Head Coaches can earn from $22/hr up to $30/hr depending on experience; more experienced candidates may pursue accelerated advancement. Must be available weekday afternoons for sign-on bonus eligibility.
• Assistant coaches start at $18/hr.
