Job summary

Lil' Kickers of Albuquerque is hiring coaches to lead energetic, structured soccer classes for children aged 18 months to 9 years. You’ll guide age-appropriate activities, use our lesson plans, and foster a safe, fun learning environment where kids can thrive and build confidence.

No experience is required—paid training is provided. Opportunities to advance from Coach to Mentor Coach to Lead Coach await motivated individuals in a flexible schedule with weekend and weekday shifts.

Qualifications

• Highly energetic and enthusiastic about working with kids.
• Reliable and able to commit to the full season.
• Available for Weekday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings; weekday afternoons also available.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun-filled, 50-minute classes for kids aged 18 months to 9 years.
• Guide games and activities using engaging lesson plans each week.
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for all participants.
• Build relationships with children and their families.
