Job summary

Lil' Kickers of Northeast Atlanta is seeking an energetic Coach to lead fun, structured soccer-based activities for young children. You will guide games and activities, fostering a safe, engaging learning space where kids can laugh and learn.

No experience needed for training; we provide guidance and a clear path from Coach to Mentor Coach to Lead Coach. Flexible weekend and weekday shifts support your schedule and growth within the program.

Qualifications

• Individuals who are ready to have fun working with kids and are able to bring high energy and enthusiasm every day.
• Applicants who are reliable and can commit to working their classes the whole season.
• Ideal candidates are available to work Saturday and Sunday mornings, with weekday mornings/afternoons also available.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun-filled, 50-minute classes for kids ages 18 months - 7 years old.
• Use our engaging lesson plans and create a world of adventure.
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all our little players.
• Build relationships with the kids in your classes and their families.
