Soccer Shots is seeking a passionate part-time Youth Soccer Coach to engage children aged 2-8 in Castro Valley and San Leandro. You will lead sessions, manage setup and breakdown, and foster a positive, energetic learning environment that makes soccer fun and safe.

We provide paid training, a clear curriculum, and opportunities to advance into full-time roles, program coordination, or coaching leadership as you grow with our team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Bring “Soccer Island” alive with enthusiasm and creativity.
• Conduct soccer sessions for children ages 2 to 8, including field setup and takedown.
• Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling.
• Utilize Soccer Shots curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques in every session.
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers.
