Soccer Shots is seeking a passionate part-time Youth Soccer Coach to serve children ages 2-8 in Castro Valley and San Leandro. You will lead sessions, set up fields, and reinforce positive character development using Soccer Shots curriculum.

No experience required; paid training and opportunities for advancement are included. Local candidates preferred with flexible weekend availability.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Bring “Soccer Island” alive with your enthusiasm and creativity.
• Conduct soccer sessions for children 2 to 8 years old, including field set‑up and take‑down.
• Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling.
• Utilize Soccer Shots’ curriculum and development teaching techniques in every session.
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers.
