Job summary

Soccer Shots in San Francisco is seeking a passionate part-time Youth Soccer Coach to lead sessions for children aged 2 to 8. Bring energy, creativity, and a love of the game to every practice, while using Soccer Shots’ curriculum and proven teaching methods.

You’ll work Monday–Friday mornings or afternoons, with Saturdays required, and a chance to advance into full-time roles. Training is provided, a supportive team environment, and rewards for growth, attendance, and program success.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for children and sports.
• Safety conscious.

• Ability to stand, jog, and model children’s soccer skills.

Responsibilities

• Bring “Soccer Island” alive with your enthusiasm and creativity.
• Conduct soccer sessions for children 2 to 8 years old, including field set-up and take-down.
• Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling.
• Utilize expert-created Soccer Shots’ curriculum and teaching techniques in every session.
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers.
