The Player Progression Academy (PPA) is seeking energetic youth-sports coaches to join our Washington DC metro area programs. This in-person role requires coaching one practice per week and one game per weekend, with responsibilities to lead teams and communicate weekly with parents.

Qualifications

• Must be local to the DC/MD area.
• Passion for coaching youth and teaching PPA Life values.
• Ability to communicate effectively with parents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Coach 1 practice per week and 1 game per weekend per team.
• Coach 1–3 teams per season.
• Lead your team at the end of season PPA tournament.
• Send weekly communications to your team parents.
