Job summary

Soccer Shots - Memphis is seeking Part-Time Coaches to lead energetic 30–45 minute sessions for children ages 2–10 using our curriculum. You’ll promote confidence, character, and fun, while maintaining a safe, engaging environment.

Training is paid at $14/hour, with pay increasing to $20/hour after training. A weekly gas stipend and flexible scheduling support a work‑life balance, and uniforms and equipment are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have own reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• No coaching experience required; training will be provided.
• Punctual, energetic, and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Lead 30–45 minute sessions for up to 12 children using our curriculum.
• Use enthusiasm, creativity, and care to help children build confidence and character.
• Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to engage with energy and professionalism.
• Maintain a safe, organized environment and manage attendance rosters.
• Follow all site-specific safety and check-in procedures.
• Ensure every child feels seen, safe, and celebrated.
