Soccer Shots in Germantown, TN is looking for energetic, responsible coaches to lead 30–45 minute sessions for ages 2–10 using our curriculum. You will arrive prepared, maintain a safe environment, and ensure every child feels seen and celebrated.

We offer paid training at $14/hour, then $20/hour after training, plus a weekly gas stipend and flexible scheduling. No coaching experience required—training provided. Join a supportive team culture focused on fun, development, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead 30–45 minute, high-energy sessions for up to 12 children using our curriculum.

• Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to engage with energy and professionalism.
• Maintain a safe, organized environment and manage attendance rosters.
• Follow all site-specific safety and check-in procedures.
