Soccer Shots - Lancaster is hiring coaches to lead fun, developmental soccer sessions for children aged 2-8. You will implement our curriculum, emphasize skill and character growth, and provide a positive experience for families.

You’ll arrive on time, manage equipment, and help keep rosters organized while making a tangible difference in the community. Ideal candidates are 18+, have reliable transportation, and are excited to role-model healthy, active living.

Qualifications

• Passion for positively impacting youth players.
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Safely manage a class of up to 8-11 children aged 2-8.
• Implement our curriculum focusing on skill and character development.
• Arrive on time to locations and provide a positive customer experience.
• Maintain equipment and manage class rosters.
• Go home knowing you made a difference.
