Job summary

Soccer Shots Los Angeles is seeking an energetic youth coach to deliver our skill and character-building curriculum to kids aged 2-8 at Pre-K schools, parks, or indoor facilities.

You will manage classes of up to 12 children, arrive early, provide a positive experience to faculty and families, and complete session feedback forms. This role offers flexible weekend hours, training, uniforms, and growth opportunities within the franchise.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability is required.
• Passion to positively impact youth players (ages 2-8).
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License or State ID.
• Eligible to work in the U.S., and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely manage a class of up to 12 children at a Pre-K school, park, or indoor field.
• Implement our curriculum which focuses on skill and character development
• Arrive on-time (early) to your locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families
• Manage your class rosters and fill out session feedback forms
