Soccer Shots - Lancaster is seeking a passionate part-time soccer coach to lead sessions for children aged 2–8. You’ll conduct activities, set up fields, and model positive behavior using our structured curriculum.

Qualifications

• No prior sports/coaching experience required.
• Genuine passion for children and sports.

• Ability to adapt to kids aged 2–8.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Coaches must have or obtain state-required clearances.

Responsibilities

• Conduct soccer sessions for children 2–8 years old, including field setup and takedown.
• Bring “Soccer Island” alive with enthusiasm and creativity.
• Encourage character development through positive reinforcement.
• Utilize Soccer Shots curriculum and teaching techniques.
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment; follow on-site safety and attendance protocols.
• Communicate effectively with families and teachers.
