Job summary

Soccer Shots - Philadelphia is seeking a passionate youth soccer coach for ages 2-8. No prior soccer experience required. You will lead engaging, safe classes of up to 12 children, following a weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development.

Arrive 15 minutes early to set up, interact with each child, manage equipment and rosters, and participate in team trainings. Compensation ranges from $22.00 to $28.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, safe classes for up to 12 kids (30–45 minutes)
• Follow weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development

• Engage each child individually during class
• Manage equipment and class roster
• Attend team meetings and trainings
• Provide post-session feedback
• Use creativity to make each session engaging and impactful
