Job summary

Soccer Shots - Philadelphia is seeking a passionate youth soccer coach to lead classes for children aged 2–8. No soccer experience is required, and flexible hours allow for varied schedules.

You will deliver a safe, engaging program, follow a weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development, and provide feedback after each session. Training is provided to prepare you for leadership and growth within the role.

Qualifications

• No soccer experience required.
• Ability to work with children aged 2–8.
• Commitment to safety in a youth program.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, safe classes for up to 12 kids (30–45 minutes).
• Follow weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development.
• Arrive 15 minutes early to set up equipment.
• Engage each child individually during class.
• Manage equipment and class roster.
• Attend team meetings and trainings.
• Provide post-session feedback.
• Use creativity to make sessions engaging and impactful.
