Job summary

Soccer Shots Philadelphia is seeking a passionate youth recreation instructor to lead safe and engaging sessions for children ages 2-6. No soccer experience required.

This role offers flexible hours and a 21-day track to become lead coach with paid training at $16/hour during training, plus reimbursement and bonuses. You will follow a weekly curriculum, arrive early to set up, and provide feedback after sessions.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, safe classes for up to 12 kids (30–45 minutes).
• Follow weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development.
• Arrive 15 minutes early to set up equipment.
• Engage each child individually during class.
• Manage equipment and class roster.
• Attend team meetings and trainings.
• Provide post-session feedback.
• Use creativity to make each session engaging and impactful.
