Job summary

Soccer Shots Boise is seeking a passionate, part-time soccer coach to lead sessions for children aged 2 to 8. You’ll bring energy, creativity, and a love of play to every class, and help kids build confidence both on and off the field.

You will train with our curriculum, receive ongoing support, and have access to advancement opportunities within the program. Flexible hours fit around family and school commitments, with a collaborative coaching team behind you.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for children and sports.
• Energetic, engaging, and responsible.
• Safety-conscious and attentive to young kids.
• Ability to adapt to ages 2–8.
• Reliable transportation to site.

Responsibilities

• Bring "Soccer Island" alive with enthusiasm and creativity.
• Conduct sessions for children 2 to 8 years old, including field set-up and take-down.
• Encourage character development through positive reinforcement.
• Utilize Soccer Shots curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques in every session.
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
• Follow all on-site safety and attendance protocols.
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers.
