Job summary

Soccer Shots is hiring part-time Youth Sports Coaches to lead engaging soccer sessions for young children. This role is ideal for college students and those who enjoy working with kids, offering development in coaching, leadership, child development, and youth programming.

Coaches are paid per session with multiple back-to-back sessions typical at many locations, and opportunities for advancement into head coach or program lead roles. Training and clearances reimbursement are provided.

Qualifications

• No coaching experience is required; paid training, curriculum support, and ongoing development are provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun soccer sessions for children ages 18 months through 8 years.
• Use a structured curriculum to create an age-appropriate experience.
• Set up and break down fields, goals, and equipment.
• Teach basic skills through games, movement, and play.
• Support basketball and enrichment programming as assigned.
