Job summary

Soccer Shots Central Massachusetts is seeking a passionate youth soccer coach to lead classes for children aged 2-8. No soccer experience is required, and you will deliver a safe, engaging program built on our kid‑friendly weekly curriculum.

You’ll work with up to 12 children per session, arrive early to set up equipment, provide positive feedback, and participate in ongoing coaching trainings with clear paths to advancement and performance bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, safe classes for up to 12 kids (30-45 minutes).
• Follow weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development.
• Arrive 15 minutes early to set up equipment.
• Engage each child individually during class.
• Manage equipment and class roster.
• Attend team meetings and trainings.
• Provide post-session feedback.
• Use creativity to make each session engaging and impactful.
