Job summary

Impact Kids is seeking an energetic soccer coach to lead daily instruction for children ages 4–14 in our after-school programs. Candidates should bring a background in youth soccer coaching and a genuine passion for helping kids develop skills, confidence, and teamwork through sport.

The role emphasizes safety, positive role modeling, and collaboration with other Activity Specialists, while following our Code of Conduct and core values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children (e.g., tutoring, camp counselor, youth volunteer).
• Soccer/youth sports coaching experience (1–5 years minimum) required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily soccer instruction/coaching to students aged 4–14 with varying ability levels.
• Demonstrate soccer skills and tactics, explain principles, observe progress, and give feedback.
• Group supervision of students focusing on behavior, health and safety, security, and personal and skill development.
• Ensure the safety of students and team members.
• Organize and prepare daily plans in a fun and creative manner.
• Use effective classroom management to lead activities and create an inclusive, fun environment.
• Collaborate with fellow Activity Specialists and support daily responsibilities as a positive role model.
• Follow the Impact Kids Code of Conduct and uphold Impact Kids look at all times.
• Exhibit Impact Kids Core Values and adhere to company policies.
