Job summary

Impact Kids is seeking energetic instructors to lead youth soccer classes and camps. The coach will deliver daily soccer coaching for children aged 4–14, ensure safety and fun, and act as a positive role model within our program.

Ideal candidates bring 1–5 years of soccer coaching experience, a passion for developing kids through sport, and strong communication with children and parents. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children.
• Soccer/youth sports coaching experience (1–5 years) required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students and provide soccer-specific coaching and instruction.
• Create a safe, fun learning environment and be a positive role model.
• Provide daily soccer instruction for ages 4–14 with different ability levels.
• Assess student performance and give constructive feedback.
• Coordinate daily lesson plans and maintain inclusive group dynamics.
• Collaborate with other Activity Specialists and follow company code of conduct.
