Impact Kids is seeking a energetic Soccer Coach to lead instruction for youth aged 4–14 in our before, during, and after school programs. The role emphasizes safe, fun, and educational soccer experiences, with clear feedback and progress tracking.

The ideal candidate will have 1–5 years of soccer coaching, a passion for working with children, and a collaborative team mindset, upholding our Code of Conduct and core values in daily activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children.
• Soccer/youth sports coaching experience (1-5 years) required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily soccer instruction and coaching to students aged 4–14 with different ability levels.
• Demonstrate soccer skills and tactics, observe performance, and give feedback.
• Supervise groups with attention to behavior, safety, and development.
• Be a positive role model and follow the Impact Kids Code of Conduct.
