Job summary

Soccer Shots is seeking energetic coaches in Massachusetts to lead 30–45 minute sessions for children aged 2–8, using our proven curriculum.

No coaching experience or college degree is required; training is provided. The role offers a flexible schedule and pay of $30 to $37 per hour (post-training) plus bonuses. Safety and positive reinforcement are core values, with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun and engaging 30–45 minute soccer sessions for children ages 2–8.
• Set up and take down equipment before/after sessions.
• Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling.
• Use Soccer Shots curriculum to teach soccer skills and character development.
• Create a positive, safe, and inclusive environment.
• Communicate clearly with parents, caregivers, and teachers.
