Job summary

Soccer Shots is seeking a coach to lead 30–45 minute soccer sessions for children ages 2–8, using our proven curriculum to build both skills and character.

You will set up equipment, reinforce positive behavior, and maintain a safe, inclusive environment. No coaching experience or degree required; training is provided and safety is a priority.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for working with children.
• Energetic, reliable and responsible.
• Committed to safety.
• No prior sports/coaching experience or college degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun and engaging 30–45 minute soccer sessions for children ages 2–8.
• Set up and take down equipment before/after sessions.
• Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling.
• Use the Soccer Shots curriculum to teach soccer skills and character development.
• Create a positive, safe, and inclusive environment.
• Communicate clearly with parents, caregivers, and teachers.
