Job summary

Soccer Shots Los Angeles is seeking a passionate part-time Youth Soccer Coach to serve children ages 2 to 8. You’ll lead engaging sessions, help with field setup, and deliver Soccer Shots’ curriculum.

No experience is required; paid training is provided. Hours are flexible (Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:30pm and weekends). Local candidates only; compensation starts at $22.50 per session, then $25, with potential to reach $30 per session.

Responsibilities

Soccer Shots is seeking a passionate part-time Youth Soccer Coach to serve children ages 2-8.

You’ll laugh. You’ll break a sweat. You’ll go home at the end of the day knowing that you made a difference. It may be tough, but coaching our kids will be one of the most rewarding things you ever do.

Local candidates only please (no work status or visa sponsorship available)

PART-TIME SCHEDULE or FULL-TIME SCHEDULE

Hours between M-F, 8:30am-5:30pm (and Sat/Sun 9am-12pm)

Must be available to work one day out of the weekend.

Schedule

• Flexibility – We only schedule sessions closest to you, with opportunities to change availability from season to season (winter/spring/summer/fall)
• Mondays through Fridays: mornings, afternoons, and evenings are optional
• Saturdays: mornings are required
• A full ten‑week commitment is required to take on a lead role.

The Job

• Bring “Soccer Island” alive with your enthusiasm and creativity
• Conduct soccer sessions for children 2 to 8 years old, including field set-up and take-down
• Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling
• Utilize expert-created Soccer Shots’ curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques in every session
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers
