We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Youth Soccer Coach who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper, babysitter, or leader). This position is excellent for someone interested in early childhood education or child development.

The Company
Backed by 20 years of experience, Super Soccer Stars is one of the largest nationwide providers of enrichment soccer programs in the United States. We aim to teach and build fundamental soccer skills from ages 1-14 in a fun, non-competitive environment, using soccer as a catalyst to meet the developmental needs of the whole child physically, mentally, socially, and emotionally. Our long-term goal is to create healthy habits, teach life skills, and increase youth activities.
Our Coaches
Our coaches focus on individual attention to ensure every child is engaged, has fun, is safe, and learns something in every class. We emphasize a non-competitive, stress-free environment, using positive reinforcement to encourage children and celebrate successes. Coaches are open-minded, receptive to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement through training and adherence to the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.
The Schedule

• Three available shifts:
• Weekday mornings, Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM
• Weekday afternoons, Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
• Weekend mornings, Saturday - Sunday, 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM
• Coaches can expect approximately 5-15 hours per week.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for working with children (ages 2-10 years old).
• Availability for flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
• Passion for soccer and willingness to learn and teach age-appropriate skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.

Benefits

• Sign-on bonus for exceptional candidates available for weekday shifts.
• Head Coaches earn from $22/hr up to $30/hr depending on experience; more experienced candidates may pursue accelerated advancement. Must be available weekday afternoons for sign-on bonus eligibility.
• Assistant coaches start at $18/hr.
• No prior coaching experience required; training provided.
