Job summary

Lil' Kickers of Grand Rapids is seeking a Youth Development Coach to lead fun, active classes for children aged 18 months to 12 years through Lil’ Kickers and Skills Institute programs.

No coaching or soccer experience is required. Training, lesson plans, and support are provided to help you feel prepared and confident as a coach. Weekend availability is important for this role, with many coaching opportunities on Saturdays and Sundays.

• Reliable team member capable of committing to scheduled classes.
• Willing to learn, accept feedback and grow.
• No coaching or soccer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, structured games and activities using provided lesson plans.

• Help create a safe, welcoming environment where kids can learn, play, and build confidence.
• Build positive relationships with the kids and families in your classes.
• Participate in ongoing training and coach development.
