Soccer Shots is looking for a passionate part-time soccer coach to serve children ages 2-8.

Currently searching for 3 Coaches:

• Must currently live in the NKY Area
• Must have weekday morning availability (8.30am - 11.30am)
• Not all weekday's required for hire
• Afternoon sessions also available
• Looking to hire coaches for a minimum of 2 coaching seasons (4 months)
• Looking to hire ASAP!

• We are specifically looking to train a new (PT) Youth Soccer Coaching Coordinator for the region in the long-term

• We provide our premier children's soccer experiences through 35-40 minute sessions at schools, childcare centers and park programs.
• We operate all year round (Spring, Summer, Winter, and Fall) and assign classes over the course of a season.

The Job:

• Engage children aged 2-8 with enthusiasm and creativity.
• Arrive to classes on time, commit to the season length.
• Conduct soccer sessions including setup and takedown.
• Encourage character development through positive reinforcement.
• Utilize Soccer Shots’ curriculum and teaching techniques.
• Lead groups of 10-12 kids for 35-40 minute classes.
• Follow safety and attendance protocols.
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers.

Qualifications:
