Job summary

Soccer Stars in Aurora, CO is seeking enthusiastic youth soccer coaches to lead 30-60 minute sessions for children ages 1-10 using our non-competitive, play-focused curriculum. We provide paid training, ongoing workshops, and a supportive team that loves sharing ideas.

Start immediately with approximately 5-10 hours per week. You'll deliver the structured curriculum, keep kids safe and engaged, and bring energy to each class.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, enthusiastic personality with a genuine love for working with kids.
• Comfortable coaching children ages 1-10 (experience as a coach, teacher, camp counselor, or babysitter is a plus).
• Passion for soccer and eagerness to learn age-appropriate drills.
• Friendly, clear communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid U.S. work authorization.
• Willingness to pass a background check.

When You'll Work

We're looking for coaches who can startimmediately.

Choose your schedule or mix and match (approx. 5-10 hrs/week):

• Weekday Mornings: Wednesday & Thursday | 8:45 AM - 11:00 AM
• Weekday Afternoons: Wednesday & Thursdays | 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM
• Weekend Mornings: Sat | 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM

What to Expect

• You'll deliver ourstructured, play-based curriculumdesigned to help kids ages 1-12 develop soccer skills, confidence, and teamwork.
• Some days you'll be teachingmultiple age groups and curricula at the same time, so you'll need to stay organized and flexible.
• Classes are held across schools, parks, and recreational centers. We have locations across the following zip codes: 80019, 80249, 80022, 80238, 80207, 80205, 80220, 80241, 80233, 80229.Reliable transportation is requiredso you can travel to the location of your assigned classes.
• Don't worry - we providecomprehensive training and ongoing supportso you feel confident leading every class.
• Expect afast-paced, high-energy environmentwhere creativity, positive reinforcement, and fun are key.
• Coach referral program from $50 up to $100 for every coach you recommend
• Competitive pay:
  • New, untrained coaches: $20/hr
  • Trained or experienced coaches: $22+/hr depending on experience
• No prior coaching experience required - we provide complete paid training.
