Job Title: Youth Soccer Coach

We are seeking energetic Youth Soccer Coaches in the Orange County area!

In this role, you will lead engaging and interactive pre-soccer classes for children from toddlers to preteens. The program emphasizes developing balance, coordination, cognitive skills, and more through music and movement.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about working with young children and has prior experience as a sports coach, teacher, camp leader, or in a similar role. This position is ideal for individuals interested in early childhood education or child development.

Responsibilities

1. Create and implement lesson plans based on the company's curriculum.
2. Teach soccer skills, physical literacy, and life skills to small groups of children.
3. Maintain a positive, fun, and safe learning environment.
4. Communicate effectively with parents, providing progress reports and addressing concerns.
5. Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect.
6. Participate in ongoing training to improve coaching skills.
7. Assist with setup and cleanup of equipment and supplies.
8. Compensation: $20/hour.
