Oasis Center seeks a dedicated staff member to provide awake supervision for youth residents in a two-week emergency shelter operating 24/7. The role requires weekend availability and at least 3 shifts per month, with emphasis on safety, empowerment, and trauma-informed care.

The position supports youth aged 13–17, facilitates conflict resolution, and coordinates activities while delivering life skills instruction. A valid driver's license and a commitment to anti-racism are essential.

Competenze

• Must have at least one year of relevant experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to form strong, caring relationships with all youth, including LGBTQ+ youth.

Mansioni

• Provide awake supervision of residents in a 24/7 shelter.
• Facilitate problem-solving to resolve conflicts among residents.
• Coordinate and supervise activities as assigned.
• Provide individual life skills instruction as assigned.
• Transport residents as needed.
• Take referrals and assist with referrals as directed by supervisor.
