Community Housing Opportunities Corp (CHOC) is seeking a Youth Services VISTA to strengthen and expand the infrastructure behind CHOC’s youth programs across Northern California. You will help develop replicable curriculum, activity guides, assessment tools, and outcome measures with the Community Impact team.

This hybrid role supports CHOC communities in Sacramento and Yolo Counties; candidates must reside within reasonable commuting distance and be available for in-person service 1–2 days per

Qualifications

• Leadership and teamwork experience in youth programs.
• Experience with recruitment and writing/editing materials.
• Background in youth development and community education.

Responsibilities

• Develop agency-wide program standards and activity guides for Youth Services.
• Create evaluation tools, outcome measures, and reporting templates.
• Design volunteer recruitment strategies and donor/revenue resources.
