Job summary

Fondulac District Library in Peoria, IL is seeking a creative and people-oriented professional to support children, caregivers, and library staff. You will provide research and readers advisory services, create and implement programs, lead storytimes, and maintain youth collections.

Overview

Duties include providing professional research and readers advisory services, creating and implementing library programs, leading storytimes, and maintaining youth collections.

Details

• Full-time position, 40 hours per week; day, evening, and weekend work, including Sundays (September – May).
• Hourly range: Starting $19.44–$22.38 per hour. Dependent on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
