You will provide client behavioral reinforcement, help individuals develop self-awareness, supervise daily living activities, and support staff scheduling and transportation logistics in a team-based environment.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED plus two years of child welfare experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a social services related field is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, individualized reinforcement to client behavior using daily issues to teach and reinforce adaptive behaviors.
• Assist clients in developing insight into their behaviors so they learn to self-identify and self-correct.
• Provide daily living supervision and treatment intervention.
• Establish a therapeutic relationship with the client based on trust and respect.
• Coordinate home visit transportation logistics.
• Coordinate staff scheduling with Program Manager.
• Provide direction and support to shift leaders/youth counselors.
• Problem solve with fellow Shift Leaders and program coordinator to fill staffing gaps.
