Job summary

State of Missouri's Division of Youth Services seeks a Youth Services Manager I to supervise staff and youth in a day treatment or small residential program. You will guide group and individual counseling, administer case plans and manage budgets and reports.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages the operation of a day treatment or small residential program.
• Plans, implements, supervises and evaluates group treatment and individual services; trains staff.
• Prepares reports on youth progress and staff documentation.
• Initiates purchase requests and manages supplies; maintains related records.
• Maintains personnel and budgetary records for the facility.
• Develops and promotes community relations with schools, churches and social services.
• Plans menus and food services.
• Maintains facility and equipment; manages leased property relationships.
• Oversees outdoor activities and other supervision duties.
• Receives supervision and exercises judgment within policy.
