Job summary

State of Missouri, Division of Youth Services, seeks a Youth Services Supervisor to lead treatment teams in day treatment and residential programs. You will ensure safety, implement treatment plans, and coordinate with court and community partners.

A Bachelor's degree with relevant coursework or equivalent experience is required; one or more years in youth treatment is preferred. Position may involve shift differentials and varied hours.

Qualifications

• Empathy and ability to communicate clearly, honestly and openly.
• One or more years as a Youth Services Worker or higher.
• Degree or in-progress education as specified for qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, monitor and maintain quality treatment services.
• Supervise and evaluate staff; conduct training and performance reviews.
• Lead weekly youth group meetings and guide group interactions.
• Oversee outdoor program activities and safety.
• Communicate progress with court and community staff; prepare reports.
• Provide Awareness Supervision for youth safety and care.
• Intervene in medical emergencies and maintain security during crises.
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays; enforce attendance.
