Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Youth Worker Supervisors and oversees Individual Treatment Plans for youth.
• Ensures staff formulate and implement appropriate treatment plans.
• Transports residents to medical and court appointments and appearances.
• Works with superintendent and administrative staff.
• Interviews, recruits, and orients new employees.
• Conducts employee performance evaluations.
• Ensures policies and procedures are known and followed by staff.
• Prepares reports and participates in management meetings.
